Here’s how:

1. Identifying The Products

The first step will be to decide on which products you would like to purchase for delivery to Canada. If you are unsure of what would work best for your use case, you can always request an expert review.

2. Requesting a Quotation

Once you have identified the products you would like to order, you can send an e-mail to info@waterlesstoiletshop.com with the products you would like to purchase and your delivery address. Once received, we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote including shipping, customs duties, and local taxes. Your quotation is Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) which means that you know the total cost upfront.

3. Placing your order and paying.

Once you have received your quote, and you are happy to proceed, simply let us know. From there, we will send a invoice with payment link. Payments can be processed by credit/debit card or ACH at this time.

4. Delivery Information

The delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including the shipping address, type of shipment, and requested delivery date. Generally, parcels are delivered within 5-7 business days after placing the order. Larger shipments, such as pallets can take a few days extra to arrive. We make all efforts to ship via FedEx Air Freight when possible.
