Overview
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from us (Waterless Toilet Shop). We cannot process returns for items purchased from third-party sellers.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer unless we explicitly instruct you to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged not by our fault
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus payment processing fees, and a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within a few business days, though processing time may vary by payment provider.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
The restocking fee covers the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item. Please note that this fee applies to all returns except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, some banks take extra time to post refunds.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are purchased within the past 30 days and defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@waterlesstoiletshop.com and we will guide you through the process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping, payment processing fees, and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are not responsible for any non-received returns. It is recommended to insure any return shipments to us in case of carrier damage or loss.
